I work as the Lead Data Scientist at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Our team plays a crucial role in facilitating data-driven decision-making to support the achievement of the institution's academic and administrative objectives. We specialize in developing and executing data strategies, conducting advanced data analysis and modeling, and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation. In addition to the my role at NJIT, I am also interested in several topics related to psychometrics such as cognitive diagnosis modeling, computerized adaptive testing, and item response theory models. I obtained my M.S. degree in Statistics and Ph.D. in Psychometrics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
